Design/Adopt Terms of Service
applies to all designs/characters by me
General
▪ have me credited as the designer/creator somewhere▪ when selling/giving away a design by me always credit me as the designer▪ when uploading the character to Toyhouse please credit my Toyhouse account https://toyhou.se/Cityscyes as the creator▪ you are allowed to trade/gift resell characters but do not resell them for more than you bought them for unless they come with extra art▪ you are NOT allowed to sell designs or adopts that you got for free or in exchange for art unless they come with extra art. You are still allowed to trade or gift them.
You are allowed to:
▪ change the design as much as you like, change gender, add accessoires etc.▪ do slight edits/ draw over my orginal artwork, you are free to use it as a reference or to add it onto a reference sheet if you like
Adopt Payment
▪ you have up to 2 month to complete owed artwork▪ if you are unable to complete it we can discuss about giving you more time but i reserve the right to reclaim the adopt if you are unable to complete your payment
